His expertise encompasses structuring Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs), navigating public procurement and tendering processes, designing complex project financing frameworks, and drafting robust contracts. Hassan’s approach is defined by a commitment to understanding both the technical intricacies and the broader impact of infrastructure development. He focuses on mitigating risks, optimizing value, and aligning the diverse interests of stakeholders, from governments and investors to contractors and communities.
