Acting on a cross-border case involving the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the United States and Seychelles. We have assisted Safaricom in tracing the fraudsters and their assets and secured judgement against them in the Kenyan courts.
Acting for an international company in arbitration proceedings, in relation to the cancellation of a bitumen supply contract.
Successfully represented a company linked to the infamous National Youth Service financial scandal. The company had its accounts frozen. We managed to prove our client’s innocence and had its accounts (with an estimated value of USD 300,000) unfrozen.
Acting for a number of large companies before the Kenya Revenue Authority Tax Tribunal.
Successfully represented an international construction company in sanctions proceedings before the Africa Development Bank Tribunal.
